3” lift, black step bars, aftermarket wheels, LT305/55R20 was this way when I brought it.

Question guys- I have fender flares on my tundra- been on for 2 years. Would it be a good idea to remove them and clean and under coat that areas so they don’t rust ? Or should I just clan bar, just want it to last.
