I was thinking of using either the Super Glue that comes with Q-Bond or maybe contact/rubber cement. I’m thinking that Super Glue may be too runny. Just curious what other have tried.
    Thanks

Don't use superglue, it will make the plastic white and be very brittle. Get some 3M VHB in the appropriate width. Also, get some 3M Adhesive Cleaner, some microfiber towels, and a little patience to clean the old stuff off before applying the new VHB tape.

OR, call the manufacturer of the flares and see if you can buy new trim and save yourself the trouble.

I’m pretty sure the flares are OEM
