So yesterday I got the brake master cylinder fixed so I decided to go off roading and after a bit it sounded like my engine was roaring, very loud with the engine rpms like the fan. Almost sounded like a diesel truck when they are loud. Anyway I was wondering if the fan clutch is going bad and exactly what I need to fix it and take it apart. It was very hot day yesterday so that might be why? It only roars really when I am off roading in the heat over 100 degrees on the freeway it sounds normal. Thanks

Sounds like it's doing what it's supposed to.

Yeah, if your fan clutch goes out you'll know it. It makes really bad metal on metal sounds.
