Hey what's up guys. I just replaced my worn out Wildpeak AT3's and the tire shop recommended the Rubitrek AT. I gave them the go-ahead, but they actually installed AT3WA's. I didn't notice this until yesterday, 3 days after installation.

How different are these Wildpeak AT3WA's than the Rubitrek AT? Do they carry the same mileage rating and hazard rating as the Rubitrek AT and the AT3W? I did some research, but it seems most people that complain about the WA's don't like the fact they don't have a 3 peak rating. But mine definitely have a 3 peak rating displayed on the sidewall.

Update. Shop went ahead and swapped out to the regular AT3W’s.

I just saw this doing a search for info on the Rubitrek, so I know this is a bit late and you have your issue resolved. I would not have been happy getting the A/T3WA instead of the Rubitrek or the A/T3W. The A/T3WA was developed through a partnership with RAM and Falken as a OEM tire for their trucks, which is why you don't see it on Falken's website. It isn't a terrible tire, but it was developed to be a more economical tire for RAM to put on their trucks from the factory and to be less aggressive while still looking off-road worthy without giving up ride comfort, quietness and mpg's. Performance-wise from an all-terrain standpoint, it is a small step down from the Rubitrek and the A/T3W in my opinion, which is typical of OEM tires. If your percentage of off road were 50% or higher, I'd go A/T3W, if they were 65% or higher I'd go Rubitrek. The A/T3WA might make more sense if you were off road only occasionally. To be clear, off-road to me is not rock crawling or mud. It is gravel and rock roads, low maintenance roads and trails, etc. Of all three of those tires, the Rubitrek is quite possibily the best value.
