External Transmission Cooler Plumbing

    For those that have installed an external trans cooler, where are you plumbing into on the transmission side? Thanks in advance.

    I would plumb it in series after the existing liquid cooler and use a thermostatically controlled Hayden cooler. That way if the trans fluid is being pumped through to help it warm up, you are not also cooling it down with your external cooler.
