For those of you who like having the OEM look and feel to your switches, and who don't want to splurge for after-market panels like SPOD, it is possible to expand the existing switch panel to the right of the steering column by purchasing the in-dash control panel with the break controller opening (assuming you don't already have a break controller). From there, you can essentially "cut and paste" your old button slots into your new panel.

    I first bought this item:
    https://www.ebay.com/itm/2014-2018-Toyota-Tundra-New-Factory-Instrument-Panel-Dash-Switch-Panel/262754411939?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649

I then cut out the three-hole switch area from the old panel and liquid-taped it into the opening of the new panel. The new panel did need some slight trimming on the inside of the break controller opening but a good pair of scissors can help with this.

After everything dries, I filled into any gaps between the plastic with black caulking. After installation, I was pretty happy with how it turned out. I'll post a better picture later once the caulking dries. Note: the photo below is before the caulking was applied.
