Okay, so the new picture you just included seems like you just need a new collector exhaust gasket and both nuts/bolts? Looking for OEM on everything?

Yikes! A lot of those parts are discontinued now for the 02 Tundra. I"m not sure about the bolts/gasket. Hopefully still available if you can still purchase the exhaust manifold.

I see the studs in EPC-DATA's exploded diagrams. for my 2006. You'd need to look on yours. It's under Engine > Manifold. The part number for mine is 90080-12007.

    Go to https://toyota-usa.epc-data.com/tundra/
    Plug your VIN into Search
Click Engine, fuel system and tools
    Click Manifold
Enlarge the diagram and click on the 5-6 digit number next to the part you want

Oh and the nuts are in Engine, fuel system and tools > Exhaust Pipe

    For my truck, it's p/n 90179-10070

Last bit - sorry for hat-trick posting. If you don't feel confident looking this shit up (I find it really easy), PM me your VIN and I'll get it for you.

You could probably through bolt with any hardware that fits.
I used a Walker gasket and SS hardware I sourced locally when I reassembled my exhaust downstream of the cat, not sure if Walker makes a gasket for that location but worth checking.

Heat and PB Blaster are your friend here. Recommend OEM studs. My Porsche used copper nuts on the exhaust. I’m thinking they would work on our trucks. High temp antiseize probably helps for next time

I’ll have to go over to my shop and check my receipt to see what part numbers i used to fix mine. I think the original studs have oblong threads? Mine didn’t want to come out whatsoever...like WHATSOEVER whatsoever. It was one of those very rare instances that heat and PB Blaster didn’t seem to make much of a difference. I’m sure it did make a difference, but i couldn’t really tell. It was the first time that i haven’t ever been able to remove a broken off fastener with a sacrificial nut and a welder. And i have the engine removed from the truck and it was still a HUGE hassle!

The replacement toyota studs that i bought were stainless steel. I also used new toyota nuts as well. Those nuts are a locking variety that tend to strip the threads off the studs. When i reinstalled new studs and nuts i really slathered on the nickel anti-seize.

and i just looked close at your pic, and luckily your engine is currently remove from the truck. It will make removing those studs much easier!

here are pics of the part numbers for the studs, locking nuts, and gasket doughnuts that i used on my 2000 4.7 engine and exhaust system. There are two different sized gaskets used in the exhaust, 4 are the same, and the different one (it has a larger i.d. and is referred to as the “center” gasket) is located down near the muffler slip-on coupler that have the V band clamp.
