For gym / car I use primarily Spotify. At home, I usually stream a radio station from AZ (98KUPD) on Sonos

Whatever this forum told me to do
I'm pondering all the intricacies of this story.

This b1tch had a forward team, in ICE vehicles, saving spots at upcoming charging stations.

The free market chose Tesla. The Climate folks want you to NOT see what you are seeing.

we live in damn interesting times.

And they choose not to make the trip in Teslas, clearly the better vehicle in all categories.
    I wonder why.. :monocle:

It's here. Wife will be the primary driver but man this thing is fast, even for the base model with LFP battery.
These two cars/trucks have very similar characteristics in a way, both at the end of the model cycle, right before they got updated, which I believe is a good thing for reliability.

A quick 10min charge at a supercharger gained 80miles for $5.6 and that is just little over 1 gallon of gas worth, AMAZING.

Congrats! Post up if you have any questions!
Small tip: keep it on percentage over mileage

It’ll fluctuate a ton more imo and drive you nuts. My advice is to leave it on percentage. If you’re truly curious to your energy usage, check the trips section to see. Be sure to grab a home charger and have it installed if you are not already doing so. Granted, I drive maybe around 15 miles a day (for the most part) but you’ll save a lot more charging in off peak hours

Thank you, yes, a 240v 60A nema style connector is going to be installed this friday, I plan to charge through the mobile connector (gives me more flexibility and still gets around 30miles/hr charging rate).

Had our pooh-bah meeting yesterday. One of our Board members just got a Lucid for his wife.

he was driving it. I asked why. He said she will not drive it anymore.

    why?

    ready

it locked her INSIDE the car.

    TWICE.

had to get Lucid on the phone to let her out.

    Damn!

I have to ask - was it user error by chance? New car don't know how to get it unlocked?

Not much different than Tesla. Elon dropping prices on new cars demolished the used market. I paid $69K for my MP3 out the door. I'd be lucky to get $35K now.

I think it was "wife" error...one does not question such things. he said it took Lucid to "dial in" and open doors.

price drop...tell me about it...our Plaid was damn near 147k...now they are what? 90k?

Yeah, I have a sneaky feeling that was user error. Most passengers that get into my car have a helluva time trying to get out (even though there is a giant button with a picture of a door).

Most Tesla owners would be taking a bath selling lightly used models right now. Good thing I like my car, I don't plan on selling it. It's currently my daily, will end up being the family flex run around town rig.

    look at these prices!

the present car market is awful. I'm not shopping, so I don't to see this.

damn. something wicked this way come.

I've never seen high prices & high interest rates.

I'll be keeping my hunker in the down position.
    and my gunpowder dry.

So it would seem basically that the auto unions feel their jobs are threatened by the EV transition so they're trying to starve the companies of resources for it by striking for an insane pay and benefits package.
