Hello, my 2008 Toyota Tundra 5.7L V8 is throwing mulitple codes

    P0455
    P043E
    P043F
    P0441
    P2401
    p2402
    P2419

I've replaced the PCV valve, vapor canister, catalytic converter, gas cap(it's OEM), and fuel filler neck. Any idea on what else it could be? I saw reference orifice tube but I'm not sure of my teucl has one.

Intake system. Check all vacuum lines, if cracked replace them. If none appear cracked or damaged, push them in further... can help until you find the real cause.

Will a smoke test help with this?

Probably.... I've seen a couple youtube university videos and I've gotten similar codes on my '02 Celica. I've pushed those hoses in and those codes have been gone for 6 months.

Full disclosure there was a giant hole in the lower portion of the cold air intake out of sight, so I turned it into a short ram intake, but again those codes are gone.

Imho no. Smoke testing is for leaks found during evap testing. These are p04xx. You are also getting p24xx code and those are usually more related to the system seeing trouble actuating valves in the evap system or not seeing the results expected from such actuation. Suggest going to the web and looking up each code. Then put your detective hat on.

fyi, the orifice is built into the canister. The system uses it as a minimum leak reference during evap testing.
