    Hi All,

So I had a check engine light come up awhile ago and the ODBII came up with all EVAP related codes (i dont remember the exact codes). I went down the list of possible and easy fixes--such as the fuel cap rubber getting old and failing to seal the tank--but that wasnt it. I figured I could just ignore it until the next time I need to do a state smog check. So i carried on my business and drove it for months with the check engine light on. Then I did my oil change recently and the check engine light went away? Wuhhh? I've driven it for 100 miles now and it hasnt come back. Anyone else experience something like this?

    Thank you,

    KKona

No idea but if must have seen the right parameters for the light to go away for some reason.

Jiggled (inadvertently) the EVAP hoses in the engine bay? Back into place when filling oil?
