Error codes

My dad's 2000 4.7 check engine light is on. I think he said it has been flashing on and not staying steady. Truck is running fine and he says you can't tell anything is different. It came on while they were camping and they took it to mechanic who couldn't find anything really wrong with it either and suggested a good tune up. The codes are p1300, p1315,p1325, p1330, and p0300. Anyone have any idea of what could be the issue? Codes I'm coming up with are showing a misfire and coil pack issues?

 

Pull Coils and inspect for cracks. Might need 8 new coils. Denso sells them for round $55. Change Spark Plugs to NGK Spec. Hitachi Specs the MAF Sensor for about $50. A little love and she’ll be running smooovv again.
