So I have an 2003 SR5 Tundra with the 4.7, I’m making plans to throw a 383 stroker with a 5 speed manual tranny in. I was wondering if I’m going to need any frame re-enforcement to help hold the weight. Help please.

No. The Toyota 4.7L is an iron block and weighs about 562 lbs, while a SBC is about 575 lbs. Not a big difference.
