What engine can I put in my 2010 5.7 liter flexfuel tundra? What is the year cutoff?

Pretty open ended question, you may want to be more specific in your requirements.

DIY or have a mechanic do it? Does your state have stringent emissions requirements. If it fits, would a 4.7 be acceptable? Does it have to be a Flex engine?

Yes, be more specific. What are you trying to accomplish? Is your engine bad and you need to replace with another one? The 5.7L was available in 07-current Tundra.
