2019 Toyota Tundra on start up makes a ticking noise for about a sec. Then stops. Does not happen on all start ups but does occur often.

Mine was "ticky" at startup, and sometimes during normal operation on the factory 0W20 oil weight. I switched to 5W30 as recommended in the manual (for "heavy" use such as towing) and by other members here based on their experiences. The engine is much quieter (objective) and smoother feeling (subjective). I will continue to use the 5W30 in my 5.7.
