Hello. New poster. I have a strange knocking when starting every morning. Oil has been religiously changed every 5-6k (synthetic). Bought brand new. 160k miles. Once warm, the knocking stopped. Started about 3 months ago.

thinking lifters, but would like an experienced opinion?

I have video, but unsure I can post here.
