Tried diagnostics and noticed atleast 9 diagnostic codes on my truck. The one that stands out the most to me is this one for the ECM. I am wondering if anyone experienced this? How to go about fixing all these? Dont want to clear the codes but dont see another option to be sure if it really is ecm. did noticed power lag once or twice before changing the serpentine belt.

Recently replaced battery, serpentine belt and water pump which were some additional problems it had as it had squealing noise in the morning. Not anymore.

    List of codes below,

    C1AB5
    B15D3
    B2312
    B1206
    B2321
    B1424
    C14A4
    U0129
    U0100
    P1604
    P1605

Any one who could help. Thank you

Given that there is at least one code in every module, my first guess is can bus wiring or connector. A failing module can also throw trash on the can bus and create a cascade of codes. Would have been better if you included the text description of each code.

Some of these codes are pretty uncommon. However, the mix does IMHO point to an issue with the canbus network. The startability codes don't really fit that diagnosis unless the reason for the canbus failures are ground or wiring related. In that case, that problem can lead to sensor data being corrupt and then the computer perceives issues during startup. Sorry, but this mix is well beyond my experience level. If if were me, I would be starting by looking for a ground failure somewhere first, followed by looking for chewed wires somewhere. I would not be viewing this as a failed ECM, though that is a guess. Too many other things pointing to a network issue.

You said 9 codes, but only showed 7. Are the others U codes or P codes. The U codes are usually comm/network codes.

U codes are for network and vehicle integration. Id start with that as they could be causing the P and C codes.

Just added another picture above on my post for this. Thank you for trying to help. I will definitely check the wiring and see if it's correct.

Perhaps check if any of the wiring in the engine bay appears chewed.
