I been having problems with my 2018 Tundra sr5 the coolant temperature cable , it say that the Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor 1 Circuit is High.

    -Code p0118
I check the cable is fine , i change the sensor with OEM it reads but in cold starts it takes time to turn on.

I was thinking to change the connection to the sensor, i saw that one on eBay but I’m going to see if Toyota has the Oem and it looks that i will need to cut the wire to change that connection.

    Any help?IMG_1806.jpg IMG_2137.png
