This started about 2 weeks ago and I can feel it thru the steering wheel. It happens every now and then and so far I have torqued down the skids to rule them out because the rattle sounds like metal on metal took it to the dealer for some warranty work today and they heard it too but couldn’t find the source. Does anyone know where this maybe coming from?

    Sounds like a vibration noise.

It really does sound like the skids. Did you check your gas tank skid too? is the skid hitting the air dam?

I haven’t messed with the gas tank skid because the sound seems to coming from the front but I tried to hit all the skids with a mallet and nothing rattles just hums but with the engine running certain rpms seem to resonate with something. I think I’m gonna start removing them one by one and let it idle until the rattle is gone. If this is the skid plate what should I do? I’m guessing foam between frame and skid.
