So I’ve been having an issue with the CEI and TC Off lights being on and my truck being in limp mode. I’ve done some research and found that the Hewitt-Tech SAIS kit should fix that. So I ordered it, installed it and had the battery disconnected throughout the process and when I reconnected the battery and started the truck the lights came back in and it’s still in limo mode…

Is there a certain amount of time that I should drive/let the truck run to see if it will reset or is it supposed to be immediate??? It’s a 2012 with the 4.0.

Could definitely use some advice on this….

Find out what active DTCs (trouble codes) you have. Until then, you're just guessing.

If you don't have a code reader, take it to Oreilly's or autozone and have them run diagnostic tests. They wont clear the codes, but gives you a better idea.
