Electronic Mirror install for dash cam

    Hi All, First post here. I have a 2007 Tundra SR5 double cab and I would like to install a dash cam. I would like to use one of the power splitters that gets power for the camera from the mirror connector (linked below). I have the basic mirror with no electronic features, If I buy a mirror with the compass and garage door features is there a connector in the headliner that I can connect it to? or are the cables not there for the mirror if it is not installed from the factory?

    Welcome to the forum..

    Maybe peel gently the headliner back and see if there is a connector.
    Should look something like this..
