I hooked up some new running lights yesterday and ran the wiring through a gromet in the firewall where a portion of the wiring harness and the hood release cable went through. now, when i step on the brake, everything that seems to be connected to ACC goes out. No power windows, radio, etc. and the check engine light is on, speedometer is not working, ABS light is on and a few other things. The truck does start, but when I press on the brake something electrical happens that causes the above mentioned issues.

I was careful not to dislodge any wiring yesterday and have checked the ACC fuse which is good, but it is not getting power on the line side. any ideas?

I would be checking any harnesses that you may have bumped when running wire. Maybe inspect where you got power. All I got. Good Luck!

Is there any chance that you knicked something feeding the wire through.
