I'm hoping someone on here experienced the same problem I'm having and found a solution. 9 out of 10 times when I start my truck every light on the dash lights up or flashes. At the same time three different messages cycle through on the dash ( see pictures). I brought it to the dealership and they blame it in the fuse taps for both the dash cam and radar detector. They disconnected them and started the truck several times, and of course the problem seemed to disappear. I left everything unplugged and the very next day the problem returned and hasn't gone away. If someone has experienced this problem and found a solution I would be more then grateful for the solution.

If the dealer won't dig into that, call corporate. They are obligated to correct it under warranty.

Looks like a possible rodent issue.

Just got my truck back from the dealership yesterday for this problem. Mine was the front right speed sensor part#89543-0C030.
It started with just the drive-start malfunction and was intermittent. Eventually got all three, and you’ll get a cruise malfunction if you try to engage it. I didn’t want to take it in unless it was staying on to avoid what you dealt with, mechanics guessing.
Looking online I found mice chewing wires and a dirty trailer plug as other possibilities.
I was thankful it wasn’t mice, because toyota won’t cover that under warranty.

Thank you for posting this. Turns out it was the same thing, a bad wheel speed sensor. In my case it was the left front. I think they would still be trying to figure what was wrong with the truck had I not suggested they check the wheel speed sensor based on your experience. $575.00 later it's fixed. Not covered under warranty because I'm at 50K miles.

Thanks for posting. I don't have a problem but your experience stored in memory bank.

The dealership here, when they determined the problem, didn’t have the sensor in stock and said they had to keep the truck until repaired, citing it was a safety issue.

May be worth making a plea to Toyota Corporate, seems to me these sensors should be part of the drivetrain warranty. They’re literally plugged into the drivetrain.

Same issue here. Started at about 2000 miles with PreCollision System Malfunction. Now at 6000 miles and similar to your post, Trailer Brake Error/LDA/DriveStart/Headlight System/PCS are all cycling through. Have an appointment to drop off at dealer next week. And yesterday when everything popped up, the speedo wouldn’t work either!!! Considering I HAD to have the Tundra, I’m extremely disappointed that I’m having issues so early!!!
Seems to me that the sensor(s) behind the emblem are extremely heat sensitive because parking in the garage rather than driveway (or a parking lot), I don’t seem to have the same messages.

I feel your pain, my truck is over a year old but only 3500 miles. I’m hoping it’s just a bad batch of sensors. I’ve never had a new vehicle have issues this soon. Be sure to post what they find out, that speedo issue worries me!

So today is day 4 with it in the local dealer. They opened a ticket with Toyota. Said that everything is working fine and it’s related to the “wave sensor” behind the grill badge being out of calibration due to the dealer installed option of a leveling kit (involving 4WP installing rather than the dealer). It’s a 2.5” ProComp spacer that’s actually too tall for the truck - even though I specifically asked before the purchase exactly what they were putting on and, as a DIO, didn’t give me an option on what level to put on. Could put new shackles on the rear(which I’ve wanted to do anyway) to put a little rake back into it but I don’t know that’s going to fix it. So now it’s a fight between 4WP and the dealer I purchased from to see who’s going to fix it. Local dealer says they can’t recalibrate sensor beyond factory specs so maybe 4WP can? ‍♂️
They originally told me this AM that they were trying to find me a loaner. Interesting that 3 hours later, they call and tell me they can’t fix it. Based on the similar issues I’m seeing from others, I’m not even sure that taking the level off would even fix it!!!

Just ran into the same problem on my 2019, 24k miles. Ran fine last night, this morning went to start it and all the lights lit up and it is cycling through the messages. Dealer said to check under the engine cover and fuse cover to see if there was any evidence of rodents. Both were clear. Dropped it off this morning for them to look at. It was just in for an oil change and to rotate the tires this past Friday. I see one of the issues above was a bad wheel sensor. Possibly they damaged it when rotating ? Probably won't hear back until sometime tomorrow and will update once I do hear back.

Edit to update and add picture. They said this wire was located on the driver side, near the transmission. Can't say for sure it was rodent damage but that is most likely the cause They said possibly something was hit on the road that might have bounced up but I am thinking more likely an animal.

Ugh! This just started for me this morning, all the same symptoms. Will check for rodent signs later today. Ironic that like the OP, my 2019 has 46k miles on it
