Noticed some oil in my fender well...and looked under the truck and saw oil dropping off the bottom of strut. Wiped it down and noticed constant drip. I contacted Eibach. no result back but hoping as I heard great customer service. Coilovers don't even have 15k miles. Crossing fingers.

Happened to my driver side coil over last year. They took care of me after providing pics and proof of purchase. It was just the replacement shock and not a complete coil over, so I had to swap the spring and top hat.

    Working on it :-)
Happened to one of mine a couple years back. They sent replacement for both side very quickly.
No problems since. Mine was the original version.

So you also had issues? Did they just not respond? Curious what you did to go about filing a claim with them.

Did you buy your Eibach's from @memario1214? If so, loop him in. He may have more pull as the vendor.

I find getting companies to respond is tough... I'd personally send another email (not a follow up but start a new email chain) or try calling until I got a person.

I didn't buy from him so unsure if he could help, unless he had a contact. That's a good idea, I'll follow up today.

Which is why I am shocked they are leaking, but not everything made is 100%. Could have been a lemon from the factory.

Shit happens. Theres an entire industry built around this stuff failing. I had a new Bilstein 5100 with far less miles and use with a bad leak at the weld near the bottom of the shock. Hopefully Eibach takes care of you.

Their CS number (800) 507-2338 is generally pretty responsive if you go through and follow the phone tree for tech support vs warranty. If you don't have any help from them by the end of this week, let me know. I'll see what I can do to help you out.
