I have a 2016 Toyota Tundra supercharged. I swap the ECU/ECM, the trucks runs and drive but it lack in power like in limp mode, no boost. No codes, Does the ECM have to be programmed to the rest of the ECUs in the truck?

The ECU needs to have the same SC program as the one that came out

What @texoma said... Not sure why you swapped out your original ECM/ECU, but I would go back to it, since it may be tuned to your SC. If you were in limp mode with the original ECM, maybe look into the SAIS issue as it drops you into limp mode to save the engine. If that's not it, then go down your regular maintenance check lists. Check fluids, especially your transmission and acquire a data logger, or something you can view live data and troubleshoot what the original issue was, if you have any.

The new ECU has the SC tune in it also. I switched back to the original ecu and it’s has the same problem. It’s something in the programming

You can open tis and log in. Search your year and model, and type in just super charger. It will bring up installation instructions. Click on that, scroll to the bottom and select your cal id. Make sure it matches the current ECU cal id.
