Hello, I have a 2008 4.7 4x4. Having a hell of a time with the SAIS. Does anybody have an ecu reflash to ignore all of this BS? The truck is being used for off road purpose only.

Have you done the SAIS bypass on it? if it's offroad it shouldn't be an issue to bypass inspections items.

Yes. It would take me forever to explain but I think the best option is to find someone or someway to flash the ecm with a tune that ignores the sais

Yea you can turn off the CELs for it and disable the throttle limp mode in a couple softwares.

HP Tuners can, probably VF Tuner, I'm not sure if D3 Performance can but they'd be the last option.

And to be clear, I think you can disable that shit as much as possible and the truck should act and look totally fine. But I don't know if there's some tables or values that are inaccessible and might still fuck with things. The only thing I've seen is the limp mode throttle table for the secondary air fault, and then the CELs that can be turned off, but I haven't personally had your issue to see if it still behaves normal from doing those changes.
