I did a full 4 gallon transmission flush in about 1 hour.

First thing get the truck up on 4 ramps

Second drain the transmission then remove all the 10mm bolts drop the pan and filter

Third push in the thermostat valve and pin it open with a small drill bit.

Fourth get some 3/4" PVC fittings - Like a 3/4" male adaptor that screws into a garden hose, A 5' section of garden hose with the female end a transmission funnel and a large plastic storage container.

Fifth Grind the PVC outer edge a little bit until it fits into the transmission filter hole leaving the O - Ring in the hole for a seal, Hose clamp the funnel onto the garden hose then assemble the PVC fitting to the hose.

Last You should have a (Beer Bong) looking setup hooked up to your transmission suction hole . Attach the funnel to a step ladder and fill it up with ATF. Center the storage tub under the valve body and start up the engine. Pouring about 2 and 1/3 gallons into the funnel as it pumps out the old and in with the new. Reassemble then pour in 1 gallon into the fill hole let the engine run about 12 minutes check the ATF level at the stand pipe add ATF until it trickles out. Remove the small drill bit in the ATF cooler valve. Done.

It will probably take longer to make the rig than to do the work.

Huh. That's a new one. Pretty neat idea. I like it. It took me 4.5 gallons to get my fluid to look brand new last time I changed it (I didn't drop the pan)

It's a great idea! Only thing to do now is figure out which ATF to use.

Depending on your trans age and wear, simple drain and fill may be more appropriate.

47,000 miles on the truck. All fluids dumped and synthetic fluid replaced. I'm not a fan of World ATF. Spending $300 on all new fluids is smart money. The transmission actually works better now. 75/90 in the front and rear. 75W in the case and
Valvoline Multi-Vehicle (ATF) Full Synthetic in the transmission.
