Debated on whether I would start a build thread because keeping up with forum discussions is a weakness of mine if Im being honest. But here goes, I'll do my best to maintain this thread as things progress. You can also find me on Insta @drt.toy if that's more your thing.

    2025 Tundra TRD Pro

    Sep 02, 2025
    • Xpel Stealth PPF
    • Alu Cab Contour Canopy
    • BMC
    • Westcott Designs Clearance Kit
    • Falcon Offroad Wheels - TX Apollo, 17x9, -12 offset
    • Toyo Open Country RT Trail 37x12.5

I think the most common question I get right now is regarding suspension. Does stuffing 37's on stock Pro sus fit?

Technically, no. With a bmc, the Westcott Clearance Kit, and running a true 37 on a 17x9 negative offset, I do rub pretty early in the turn, it frees up some mid turn, and then rubs again at the back end of that turn. With a smaller 37 and a positive offset Im sure you could run it without issue on-road but no real world experience with that so don't beat me up over that statement.

To fix clearance, I just did some additional trimming to the plastic and zip tied the felt liner back to allow me to 'get by' while I wait on suspension pieces to arrive.

Fox 2.5 PES and others should be here within the week or next at the latest. The rear springs from Dobinsons had been on backorder for a while and stock tires on this truck were driving me nuts.

The 37s with no lift makes that truck look chunky in the best way possible lol. Beautiful truck!
