OK, so here it goes. 2011 Tundra Crewmax, 132,618 miles. New Front wheel bearings, all new U-joints, aftermarket replacement sleeve for needle bearing in transfer case, new (Napa) CV axles, Right lower(passenger side) control arm replaced about 8k miles ago. Front suspension was upgraded with Old Man Emu suspension (over 10k miles ago) to accommodate V-plow. One leaf on right rear springs replaced.Blocks placed in rear to level the truck, around 1 1/8 or so thick blocks (steel).
Truck has a vibration at all speeds, more noticeable at lower speeds (25-35Mph) and is not overly excessive. When in right hand corners at lower speeds, it sounds like dry bearings, loud warbling, thrumming type noise. Noise is louder at lower speeds.
Noise still present when in 4 wheel drive and is just a bit quieter, but not much.
I was advised it is more than likely the front diff and I should have it replaced. Tired of chasing down this elusive problem and throwing more money into truck. Overall truck is in fantastic condition. I would prefer not to put another 5k into it, unless I was 100% sure the new transfer case would resolve the issue.......Thoughts?
I apologize if this type of issue has already been discussed. My first time here and I did not want to spend hours trying to find a previous post that may have covered a similar issue.

Maybe need a carrier bearing spacer to straighten out rear driveshaft a little.

are you sure noise/vibration is from front end?

Maybe it's old tires? I noticed you get whom whom noise when old tires that goes away after new tires are on.

Tires are about 14 months old with more than 50% tread. Not 100% sure its coming from the front but it sure sounds like it is. Several people have driven it/ridden in it and all think it is from the front as well.

    Will check carrier bearing.

Perhaps easiest is to rotate wheels. Might be easiest and would isolate them(just in case)

Tires are rotated every oil change. Might have them force balanced next time.

Or do you mean put in the air and rotate tires?

Well I figured if noise comes from left front and you flip tires over and noise follows, it might be them. Or if you put fronts to the back and noise starts coming more from the rear...

    That sort of thing.

its not the tires. Moving on to the carrier bearing. I was thinking that the noise/vibration issue may have started after the rear leveling blocks were installed but cant recall 100% so I might remove those to see if that changes anything. I didnt think 1 1/8inch difference would cause a mjaor problem but ya never know. I really dont think it is the transfer case. I could be wrong but there is no issue/noise etc going into 4 high or 4 low. Its all smooth transition.
Truck doesnt have 133k miles yet, so I was thinking it isnt the transfer case.
