So dealer had to replace t case seal and they didn’t bolt the driveshaft back to it in the same location. It’s off a quarter. I know bc the rust spots. Question is, does it matter?
Also before it went to dealer I had Coachbuilder 3” shackles with carrier spacer installed. Had a little take off vibes in 1st gear, now its worse. 2020 tundra pro

    Too many, but not enough....
they might have moved the location of the carrier bearing slightly or its bolted in weird. The bracket on the CB i beleive is a channel of sorts so you could slide it back and forth. Have you looked under there? Maybe they forgot to put the spacers back in.

Under there for about 2 hrs last night putting adding/subtracting various amounts of washer and moving the carrier bearing bracket in different side to side increments. That’s when I noticed the driveshaft was bolted up differently

Must be the balance then. It should rotate pretty easily, maybe bolt it back correctly? Is the back joint aligned correctly at the diff?

Appears to be, it looks like it’s shaped a specific way to mate, bc of the holes in the flange on diff
