Driver's side Mirror Misbehaving

Hello Tundra Experts... 2019 1794 edition, recently I have been having issues with my driver's side mirror... First, I do understand the reverse tilt function and have tried to reset the normal and tilt positions.... The problem I am having is that sometime (not always) the mirror will adjust to a completely extreme position. Full up, full out, full in etc.. typically when I use the seat memory button, or when going to drive from reverse.... Looking for two pieces of information... First, any thoughts? and second, is the mirror position controlled by the seat memory module, or is there a separate module for controlling the mirror? Wondering if the module is having an issue... The passenger mirror, and the drive seat don't have an issue with the memory or returning to the correct position...
