I saw someone posting about fixing this exact issue in the Lunch thread or 'what did you do today'.

Just can't seem to recall whether it was a bolt that was loosened, or a plastic piece that'd cracked. Pretty sure that issue is purely a DC problem. I'm an AC guy.

I saw that too. I think it was a 10mm bolt. Need a wobbly extension - take the door card off obviously. I have the same problem, need to take a look at that some day!

I haven’t had to do this on a Tundra, but have removed door handles on cars including other Toyota’s. Yes, that will be nut (10mm IIRC) that needs to be tightened. As @dinosaur said, remove the interior door panel. You’ll want the window all the way up. A wobble extension or ratcheting box end wrench might be handy, but you should be able to do it with a simple box end wrench/spanner.
I’d recommend first removing the nut and putting a dab of blue Locktite (not red) on it to keep it from backing out in the future. If you don’t have Locktite on hand a drop of nail polish is a good substitute in non critical applications like this.
