    It isn't really an easily removable part of the door panel.
    It is also not a replaceable part, unless you modify what you have, you'd need to replace the entire panel.
    Those panels run from $550 to $800 new.

    Pull the panel and I think you will see melted plastic rivets that hold it in place.
    I haven't had that panel off lately...

    I know @Tundra234 painted his something on the door panel, perhaps he can give more insight than I.


    This shows how to remove the door panel.
    He removed the trim piece on the armrest, the part you are referring to is similar from what I remember.

    Reach out to @BlueRibbon4x4 he disassembled his panels and wrapped the exact area you are referring to in suede.

    Granted you would then have to do the other three doors, but it would be a nice, and different modification.

    If it is just they sticky part that bothers you I would try Gummifix first before ripping apart the door. It is a Koch Chemie product.

    OP - magic eraser is your friend. Keep it light, you don't need to use much pressure at all. I just used magic eraser on that same area along with my steering wheel and both basically look new again.
