Driver Seat Broken?

Got out of my 23 Tundra this week and the plastic that holds the drivers seat broke. 5-6" crack.

I am not a large man or a skinny one either so this shouldn't have happened. Anyone else seeing this and if so, did Toyota cover it under warranty?
