Driver door 2011 tundra sr5 connector to frame cracked

This assembly that connects driver door to frame is cracked and makes a weird noise when opening and closing. How much effort is this to replace myself? Thanks. I tried some wd 40 but it sounds same. Im thinking it will break someday

 

They're not hard to replace. You have to pull the door panel and reach in to hold it when you take the two nuts off or it will fall into the door.

 

It's called a door check. It is #19 in the diagram.
