My Tundra had limited throttle only cable to actuator worked at 1/2 throttle and idled at 1700rpms. I checked TPS, accelerator pedal actuator on throttle body, cleaned TB, even replaced TB with used one. Still no fix. If your at witts end Look behind driver side kick panel. A 5 pin connector pull it open and look for corrosion. Turned out the primary hot wire in this connector rotted out. It interfaces TB power from fuse boxes. I spliced them together and BAM. She runs like new money.. perfect idle, cruise works, CEL went out, idles at 850 RPMs . Very peppy off the line.
