Double Cab, Rear Seat Help

Too many…scratch that…not done yet.

Double cab rear seat (60 side) won’t lock when down. I can just raise it without using the release handle.

Both sides lock when up, and have to use handle to release, to let down.
40 side locks when down...have to use handle to unlock to raise.

Any body ran into this?
