I have seen this mentioned a few times but I guess I need someone to draw me a picture. I have my plastic off the back and I there is a plug somewhere back here that needs to be disconnected. Does anyone know what I am looking for?

On the passenger side by the back cab corner. I believe on the 06 like yours and mine it's actually a 4 pin plug. If you disconnect it fully the rear window wont work at all. I can't recall which pin but I put a small sliver of electrical tape over it to insulate it which disabled the stupid stop Midway when using the window. I assume this is what you are referring to.
