Black 2008 Toyota tundra limited 5.7L

My
Speakers are busted in my 08 tundra limited. It has the jbl system in it and I’m just interested in replacing the two front door speakers for now. Reading some stuff about some adapters that have to have the jbl audio pig tail with it? I’m hearing 6x9 and also 6.5? I’m just wanting to grab a pair off Amazon. Still has everything stock inside the truck like the radio and stuff. What do I need to order along with the speakers? And what size speakers? Thanks guys
