Door open and lock issues

Having two issues with my driver's side door on my 2017 that are driving me insane!

First, the rod that enables the door to open from the outside handle keeps coming off track. I pop it back in about once a week and nothing seems to keep it locked in place.

Secondly the door will not unlock with the key fob, only by manually using the key to unlock it. It will lock with the fob just fine and every other door will lock and unlock. So far I've tried replacing the actuator and the master switch with no luck.

Any and all advice would be much appreciated!
