Maybe your drivers side master door module is bad?

    Does your mirror operator work?

How about the pass side? Does it lock that side?

    Check fuses?

Probably the actuators. This was a known problem in the 4runners. I had to replace all four of mine within a 7 week period in my 2014 4Runner - got so bad I kept spares on hand. It’s easy to replace; takes about 20 minutes. Can get the mechanism on Amazon for under $50. Dealership will charge you in excess of 300-400 dollars.

Everything else works. Just the door lock buttons do nothing on both passenger and drivers side, no noise nothing. Also when unlocking with key it doesn't unlock both sides as it once did.

We have a Toyota mechanic that is having a similar problem on his passenger door.
