Door Locks not working

Doors will not lock with the key fob or by pressing the lock button on the driver/passenger door. The key fob will unlock the doors as well as the door switch if the vehicle is running. If I attempt to lock the doors (with the fob) with a door open, the continuous beep does occur. If I'm sitting in the truck with the doors shut and click the lock button on the fob, you can hear something click under the dash, but that is it. I've checked the fuse under the dash and it appears to be in good condition. Has anyone come across this issue or have any thoughts on where the problem may be?
