Brought the new Platinum home on friday night but had to leave town saturday morning.
Upon return sunday eve, it was time for a drive in the new truck.

What happened to the great ride? it was slamming so hard I thought the seat was going to fold on me. Friday the ride was excellent. Yes, I had read the TSB on the sensor adjustment, but friday when I questioned the toyota manager, I was told no TSB on the 23s.

Easy to see that the bump stops were hitting the axle, the distance was 13 mm. I cycled the ride height down, up to normal, to high and back to normal and it is 25mm on one side 30mm on the passenger side. the adjusters are set a bit lower than center.

Are owners noticing this occurring when the vehicle sits for 24-36 hours?

The TSB T-SB-0070-22 had a revision on Feb 2, 2023 literally says updated to include 2023 Sequoia Hybrid, Tundra, and Tundra hybrid. So I would call them back and tell manager to put on his glasses to read.

Yes sir, just friday, walked in with my list, drove the truck with wife and kid, listened for rattles, wind noise, and stopped to discuss a couple of concerns including a copy of that TSB.
Thankfully no noise or rattle, and the ride was great. Why would it change on its own?
I can go out right now and adjust the sensor but I have no way to check the headlight positions, and it may take a little work to get left and right level I assume?

I read most of the thread, this is how i found the TSB a few months back while planning on the purchase, it is long, informative, but strays into the realm of lifted trucks a bit.

It did not answer why the ride would be great one day and low the next, there was a noticeable change in the rake of the truck and the ride between driving it home, parking it and restarting it two days later.
