So I replaced my MAF sensor and ended up with a P0393 code- camshaft position sensor circuit sensor b in bank 2. I called my local dealer and the ones that aren’t too far away. They told me an undesirable answer so I called Olathe and they said they need a 5 digit number that’s on it but I’m clueless on that. The sensor itself is fine. All I need is the actual connector/pigtail itself. Before I settle on getting an aftermarket connector which my local dealer recommended, I want to see if I can get the OEM. The guy on the phone at Olathe seemed like he could possibly source it. Would it be a whole wiring harness?

If you are looking for a bank 2, exhaust (b) VVT (camshaft) sensor connector for a 2008 3UR-FE you are dealing with connector D41 on the wiring diagram. It should have a yellow, black and a red with blue tracer wires in it. It's Toyota part number is 90980-12353 for just the connector. Around $10 list. P/N 82998-24250 is for the wire terminal with 500mm of wire crimped on it that goes into that connector. It's also around $10 list. 3 would be required.

While I wait for the parts to arrive, would it be safe to drive? The truck doesn’t idle rough at all, just a cel with the p0393 code. I drove it a little bit yesterday, seems down on power some but not super bad. Parts will arrive Saturday.

You should be fine. I don't see any fail safe action the ECM takes for this code. Not having a cam position reading, or at least one the ECM can trust, it would expectedly not do any cam advancing/retarding while the code is set. Hence the "down on power" feeling you have. It won't hurt anything to drive.
