Has anyone running the c59-837v aka 220-440lb 1" lift ran them for any length of time unloaded? Curious how they ride unloaded, if they are bearable or simple too harsh without a load.

So I installed the 2" "stock weight" c59-834 front and 1" "stock" c59-839v rear springs with the IMS struts/shocks. I was trying to level the truck and have a leer cap 175lb on the back, but it actually raised the rear a bit as compared to the front over the stock rake...ya, not exactly what I was going for. With a trailer (450lb tongue wt) the truck sits pretty level and sags about 1.5in and doesn't hit the bump stop like the stock springs did when towing over some rough interstate sections. So, I guess my point is that the Dobinson "stock" spring rate is a bit heavier than stock and I don't notice any sag with an extra 175# topper on. That said the rear springs are soft (a bit firmer than stock) and soak up speed bumps even better than the front. The rear springs are variable rate, don't think the front ones are. Not sure this helps you but if you are planning on 400# extra I bet the c59-837v will still feel pretty good.
