I don't watch news on television at all.

Rarely any of the uplifting stories hit the air.

When I see it at the Legion post or somewhere, its all doom and gloom.

We're fortunate to have Space City Weather that covers our area. These guys started out on tv then broke out and started their own website. No dramatic reports standing in the rain to tell you it's storming, just good, straight up reporting on the weather. They do a good job explaining why they are predicting the way they do, and deliver bad weather forecasts in a calming but informative way that does not trigger anxiety and panic (especially when the gulf starts getting active). They're really good, and will openly admit they occasionally blow a forecast when they say it's gonna be sunny and everyone gets soaked. lol

My wife turns it on in the morning, but she's usually waking up as I'm leaving for work.
Also, our local news stations don't have hot latina hookers doing the weather, so, no. I don't watch.

I have no choice but to get news online through apps.

I have no paid TV subscriptions. The last time I did was before being married 21.5 years ago. Saved myself almost 30k dollars so far....

Absolutely; Ethan Forhetz used to work there, and good Lord we had all sorts of hilarious stuff from him. This is just one.
