Do they have a film or wrap on the hood during manufacturing ?

So I noticed I have some possible residue lines on my hood. What's weird is they are perfect right angles. On the outside part past the bends in the hood , some are curved. Some are random . I thought it was scratched at first , but it really looks like a line from a pulled decal. Any insight from the build line?

And yes ,I am taking it back to the dealer to look at. Kicking myself a little bit. I was looking so hard at other things when I got it , I didn't catch it.

 

My came off the semi truck with a white film or wrap on it. The hood had this. I’m guessing this where the residue is from.

 

I am 99% sure that is what happened. The lines are almost exactly the same on the far side as well.
