The subject about says it all. I tore mine (on my right arm) quite dramatically back in 2014, and got it reattached. The recovery sucked balls.

Pretty sure I tore the left one about 4-6 weeks ago partially. Only good thing about it is that I can say I was doing something manly - moving the Toytec coilers from my truck to the shed (I get them installed in June). But there's loss of strength, quite a bit of pain, a bit of deformity to my elbow joint, clicking, etc.

    MRI scheduled on Tuesday.

No fun. I tore mine in 2019. I was wrestling, so quite manly....except it was w/ my 9 year old

full rupture on my left in 2019 as well. Longest 16 weeks of my life. I was lifting a sheet of mdf into my truck. Best of luck!

Still manlier than how I tore my right biceps in 2014 - lifting a *box spring* into the back of my truck. LOL
