I have an 18 tundra. Looking to direct wire radar detector using my rear view mirror as a power source. I have a kit but not sure which “hole” on the back side of the mirror plug to plug the power and ground wires into. Any help much appreciated. Thanks

Why can’t you run the wire across the top to the fuse box? I did that for my dashcam. The PCS camera is right there as well hooked into that rear view mirror housing.

For complex electronic devices I always think it's best to run a dedicated circuit off the interior fuse box. Add a fuse cables are cheap and easy.

If you just wanted to add an LED or something then it's usually fine to tap into existing circuits as long as the load is not too high

On my 16 tundra the blue wire was power and the white/black was the ground

I would use a multimeter and probe the wires on the connector. That way you will know which is which.
