Got my 30" bar mounted and wired up. Now when I drive down my road there's a lot of vibration in the light. I see one guy had to make a support bracket but he didn't show details. Anyone do the same thing? Otherwise I see Rigid Industries has a bracket that likes like it will work but I won't be able to install behind the lower grill.

@memario1214 He made the NEWer bracket for the 42, but I am not sure if he wants to dab in the 30 one, or if the one for 42 can be somehow modified to made fit?

I'll probably have to take it off and give it to a friend of mine to re-engineer. Looks like it's been a problem for at less 4 years. Can't believe DD hasn't fixed it.

I am ashamed to say that even though I got my 42 from @memario1214 Colton 2 Black Friday ago (and approaching three....shxt)
I have yet to put it on. Though, I did go ahead and by the newer bracket from him.

Not to speak bad about DD, they provide good quality lights for cheaper, in comparison to BD, but sometimes maybe certain stuff don't sell as well to warrant the re-factory/design of certain parts unless it was coming back in mass.
I work in manufacturing before and that would have to surplus 50% before we even consider re-factory/design certain parts.
I am not saying that's right, but with cost and everything, it is what it is.

Looking at it today. I think I'll be able to brace it with a factory threaded hole in the bumper. I'll report back once I get that figured out.

Was able to install the mounts I thought as just to universally mount it to a bumper. Looks to be perfect fit with the Tundra brackets. I'll need to check the aim.
