Digital Multimedia Receiver and Backup Camera

My Recently purchased 2007 Tundra from a chevy dealer has a unit so old that neither me nor the dealer can identify the part number/model. I think it is a 6" , it has a CD player , physical buttons for volume up and volume down, No USB.


I am looking to have backup camera installed and in the process a local car audio video shop gentleman said Kenwood are the best and they are the only ones that allow Dynamic lines(during reverse as we see in latest model year cars) but not alpine halo9 , sony , pioneer HU.
(a) Is that true ? Are Kenwood's the only one's that show dynamic lines like we see in newer vehicles ? I couldn't find anything in the internet to support his claim
(b) What model kenwood HU could that be ?(Google image search did not yield favorable result)
